Landowners are free to construct a living farmer house according to local regulations if the farmland has a cadastral road. All the lands have a 1.5% construction permission, as long as it doesn’t exceed 150 sqm (75 sqm x 2 floors maximum). Constructing a house will affect the income due to the decreased planted area. The regulation may change so investors need to check individually during time of investment.

As a nature of the investment, there is no income for the first 3 years till to the 1st harvest. In some cases tree development might take longer time and 1st harvest year can take longer period. During this period, our management company pays all the expenses till the 1st harvest year. After the 1st harvest, we capitalize on the product, and we deliver the net income to our investors after deducting the operational costs such as labor force, utilities, and harvest cost. Our investors get %80 of the net profit, and management company takes %20. Management company might take the 20% as a harvest share.

Yes, according to the contract, you can exit or sell your land at any time by giving us a 3-month notification without any additional penalty. We charge a 3% commission and handle the entire process.

Seller company and management company is one of the major producer in the region and with the participation of investors, the risk and benefits can be shared. Seller company prefers not to use bank loans with charges over the land assets.

You can visit and check on your land and the project status anytime. Farmland visits might be difficult for specific times of the year so management company might not show the lands psychically during the winter time. Management company provides photo updates on the website to the landowners. Photos are added usually in the late spring and beginning of the summer time when there is visible changes in the farmlands. Management company also send an annual harvest report earliest four weeks following each harvest period. Report might take longer period if the harvest sales period takes longer time.
